The REALTORS® Land Institute Kansas Chapter is dedicated to serving land professionals across the great state. As a Chapter of the national REALTORS® Land Institute, “The Voice of Land,” this chapter provides the local expertise, camaraderie, and resources that are the foundation for land real estate professionals to become the best in the business.
Who We Are
Agents who are members of the RLI Kansas Chapter specialize in land brokerage related to all types of land, including: farms, ranches, recreational, timberland, vineyards, orchards, undeveloped tracts of land, transitional and development land, subdivision and lot wholesaling, site selection and assemblage of land parcels, appraisals and land valuation, auctions, and farm and land management. In addition, membership is also open to all land professionals practicing in the industry as well as industry partners.
How Do I Join?
To become a member of the RLI Kansas Chapter, you need to first join the National REALTORS® Land Institute. All members are required to be a member of the National organization before joining a chapter. Once your membership with National is approved, you are all set to join our Chapter!
Why Join Our Chapter?
“The knowledge gained through this program has allowed me to confidently support clients and agents as Managing Broker of Mason Morse Ranch Company. I am honored to have earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation by the REALTORS® Land Institute. The ALC designation is a trusted symbol of experience and education as a land consultant to share with clients and peers.”
“As real estate appraiser, the ability to network with other ALCs is invaluable to our business at Appraisal South, Inc. The information these contacts supply and the experience they have in determining what factors are pertinent to a property’s value is always typically superior to our other land information sources. ALCs, due to their experience and training, understand land value.”
“You know what I love about our RLI Family? I received emails from members asking if I have taken my ALC exam and if I’ve started my portfolio yet. They truly are great supporters. I look forward to devoting many more years to this organization and selling land.”
“The knowledge and contacts gained during the pursuit of my ALC designation have already been of tremendous benefit. If you’re serious about the land business, you should make attaining the ALC designation a first priority.”
